    We’re not a box that takes snapshots — WildeLight is a studio-grade experience.
    Every setup features a professional DSLR camera, controlled lighting, and a live attendant guiding guests for the perfect shot. It’s the quality of a portrait studio with the energy of a live event.

  • 🎉 What types of events do you cover?

    We specialize in weddings, corporate galas, brand activations, private parties, and seasonal celebrations. Each package can be customized to fit your event — from sleek corporate backdrops to themed décor or brand overlays.

  • 👥 Is there someone operating the setup during the event?

    Always. Every WildeLight experience includes an on-site attendant who handles setup, guest direction, and camera operation. Our attendants are trained not just technically — but to engage, entertain, and bring energy to the room.

  • 🖼️ Do you offer on-site printing?

    Yes — our Studio Experience includes instant printing, and the Signature Package offers printing as an optional add-on. Prints are high-quality 4×6 or 2×6 strips using DNP dye-sublimation printers — sharp, vibrant, and event-ready.

  • 🌐 How do guests receive their photos?

    Every event includes an online post-event gallery (delivered within 7 business days).
    Guests can also access photos instantly through real-time digital sharing stations if included in your package.

  • 🕒 How long is each booking?

    All WildeLight packages start at 3 or 4 hours of active coverage — not including setup and teardown time. We handle setup before your event begins, and teardown afterward, so you get your full booked time with guests.

  • 💰 How far in advance should we book?

    We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your date — especially during wedding and holiday seasons. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries.

  • 🧾 Is a deposit required?

    Yes — a 30% retainer is required to confirm your date. The balance is due 2 days before your event. All invoices are issued through our secure online system.

  • 🧠 Do you offer custom branding or overlays?

    Absolutely. We can include logo overlays, branded backdrops, sponsor integrations, or thematic design elements that reflect your event’s identity.
    It’s ideal for corporate activations and galas. We recommend longer lead times for more complex setups.

  • 🛠️ What do you need from the venue?

    Depends on the size and complexity of your setup but for more basic options, a small footprint (approx. 10×15ft), access to a standard power outlet, and ideally proximity to guest traffic flow. Our team brings everything else — lighting, camera gear, backdrops, and sharing stations.

  • 🧍‍♂️ Can WildeLight operate outdoors?

    Yes, provided there’s cover, level ground, and power access. We use self-contained lighting systems (battery-powered when needed), but protection from weather is essential for safety and image quality.

  • ⏳ How quickly do we get our photos?

    Your digital gallery is delivered within 7 business days unless a faster turnaround was agreed upon in your package. Same-night highlight galleries can be arranged upon request.

  • 🚚 Do you charge for travel?

    Events within the Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, and Guelph area include travel in the package price. Events outside this region may include a small travel fee based on distance and setup complexity.

  • 🎁 Can we add custom sets or props?

    Yes! WildeLight can design seasonal sets, floral walls, or branded installations to make your experience unique. We also welcome creative collaborations — just let us know your vision.

  • 💬 How do we book?

    Simply visit our Book Your Experience page, choose your preferred package, and submit your event details. We’ll follow up within 24 hours with a tailored confirmation and invoice.

  • ❤️ What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?

    We understand that plans change. Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable to a new date if rescheduled with at least 30 days’ notice.
